I went to court for shoplifting and plea guilty.In las cruces n.m... Now my employment is asking me for a background screening.. will it come out.

I plea guilty on a shoplifting charge,has to pay a Fine of $50. And 6 months of unsupervise probation... will that come out in my background screening.
