Okay long story short I was accused of stalking someon, which I didn't it was a crush, and now he asked the school, WHICH ALOUD IT, to put a restraining order on me for false accusations, I DID NOT stalk him nor DID I HARASS him. I don't think its fair that this happened and there are a lot of people on my side

Is this a RO specifically on school grounds, or X feet from the person anywhere?
Once it's in place I don't know of any way to fight it.
And a school can order anyone off their premises they want. Are you a student there too?
Saying you didn't stalk because it was a crush is meaningless. It gives you no more rights than if you had been out to hurt him.

Having a crush on someone can very easily be construed as stalking if you pursued the crush without their permission.

But the bottom line is they asked to school to act and it did. Were you given a chance to explain your side?

The school allowed it? What did the school allow?

A RO was ordered, by the school, for "false accusations"? You deny that? Whether you did or not, I don't follow why your defaming him would justify a RO.
