Ok so I have been trying to find anything on this movie that I saw as a kid, I have visited a few websites and asked several people, not to mention the HOURS I've spent online researching for this film. Here's my dillema, as I stated earlier I saw this as a kid and can't remember any of the actors or when this movie was made. In fact I have very few details on this movie so naturally I can understand if nobody here can help me either. So what I do remember is this; the movie was an action scifi thriller type, the main villain was a guy dressed in dark attire and the most I can remember about him was his platinum hair and all white eyes. He would also bleed white blood I believe, It was based in the future and the bad guy had the habit of carrying around a box that he would open and inject himself with something whenever wounded Im assuming that was his healing process. Now the bad guy was rocking a mullett so I'm guessing it was an 80's film. Please if somebody ANYBODY can either give me some more info or the title I would be eternally grateful!
