Rights of extended family (uncles/aunts) for child visitation
What does PA state law say re: rights of extended family ( uncles/aunts) to visit children? Protective services has been involved with our brother's family multiple times, has enforced family plans but hasn't removed children from home. Brother & his wife won't let us see nephews& nieces. We love and miss them plus are concerned for their safety.

We've tried to work this out without resorting to courts. Haven't seen kids for months. Do we have any legal avenues?
    Thanks for your help.

There is no legal standing for the extended family. At best some states offer grandparent rights but in cases like that there usually has to be a missing parent to qualify for a legal standing.

    No, you don't have any.
