Can I take some kind of nasal spray or cough drops can I rub vicks on myself

Lots of fluids -- hot tea with honey, chicken soup, water. Lean over a pot of steaming hot water with a towel over your head. Rub a thin line of Vicks under your nose and inhale it. Check with your doctor about anything else.
