I have had my belly button pierced once before and I just recently went to get it done again and she said she can't do it? And that I have to get rid of my scar tissue before she can touch it... I've looked at so many different web-sites and they don't help at all...

An expensive trip to a plastic surgeon is the only way to get rid of scar tissue. Trying to just 'take it out' results in more scar tissue. Some of us have skin that scars a lot more than others, and there's nothing we can do about it.
