At music I sang Diamonds by Rhianna and the boys covered their ears and after I got a couple claps they starting laughing and smiling. This boy named Travis always is smiling and laughing at me when he sees me. Now I'm going to stop singing because they have embarrassed me enough. What do I do?

Sing other places or alone like a lot of us do who can't sing? We don't know if you have a good singing voice or not. It sounds like you don't.

There are so many people that really want to be singers, but just don't have the talent for it. You yourself said that you sound whiny and high pitched when you sing. If that's the case, maybe singing isn't your talent, or you need singing lessons in order to get better.

Most people can't sing well enough to make a career out of it. If it's your passion, than take vocal lessons, practice, join a choir, and learn to get better at singing. But, know that just because it's your passion, doesn't mean you're going to be able to make money at it. You do have to have some natural talent in order to make it in this profession.

Ignore them,if you like singing then sing away!! sing to a close friend or granny/grandpa

Listen and listen good. I love to sing. Just plain out love it. Don't let those boys stop you from doing what you like to do. They are just being guys, they sometimes think that they are more superior. But you have to show them that you are a good singer. DO it, sing! You never know you might become a famous singer if you keep at it. Just don't back down from what you like to do
