I'm currently disputing a fee of over $5k with child support. I have a joint bank account with each of my parents who are retired and receive Social Security.
Child support has asked the bank to freeze the accounts. I am unable to withdraw money from my parents account.
What can I do? I thank you in advance.

What is the fee about? If your account is joint then your parents are going to have to prove it is their money and not yours. Why do you have a joint account with them ?
