    I don't know what you mean by 'website' can you give us a link so we can take a look at possibly give you an expanation. I didn't find any website such as this.

    I do not know which website you are referring to. But, very generally speaking, in relationships it refers to one partner being the alpha/leader and the other person following (putting their needs second to the leaders.)
