    Who's the Father?
Hi, I'm pregnant & I had unprotected sex with 2 different guys on Jan. 3 & Jan. 5. My last period started on Dec. 21. Everything points to me conceiving on the 5th, but I'm insure. Also, I will be 10 weeks tmrw and my due date is Sept. 28

There's no way to tell. You'll have to wait until after the baby is born and have a DNA test done.

Yep... you are just going to have to wait... Sperm can live for a long time so it could be either one of the men you had sex with within that two day span.

So there's no way to find out, even if I've gotten my ultrasound?

An ultrasound only tells you if the baby's organs and bones are growing appropriately and/or if the baby is a boy or girl. It cannot tell who the father of the child is genetically. The only way to find out who the father is would be to have an amniocentesis (and doctors won't do this for paternity as there are some serious risks, and BOTH men need to provide DNA samples), or wait until the child is born and have a non-invasive DNA test done.
