I started having unprotected sex in December but my boyfriend would always pull out. I started taking birth control late January. The Dr suggested not to haveunprotected sex my first month on birth control but I didn't listen. We use condoms here and there. But now I feel bloated and cramping and always tired. I always get emotional too. Idk what to think? Im I or not?

Any time you have sex, pregnancy is possible, even when using protection. The pull out method is not a reliable method. The pill doesn't reach it's full effectiveness until after a month of use (even then it's not 100%), and you said you didn't follow that, so, there's a good chance you're pregnant.

You'll have to wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late, and then test using first morning urine. If that test is negative, wait until your next period is due, and if you miss it, test again or get a blood test.

You should know that if you're not pregnant, if you dodged the bullet, and you start using the pill correctly, and a condom, pregnancy is still possible. There are women all over the world, a few on this site, that used 3 different forms of birth control, all used correctly, and still became pregnant.

The only way to prevent pregnancy 100%, is to not have sex. If you're having sex, you have to be prepared to be a parent. Not ready for pregnancy, then you're not ready for sex.
