Water barely comes out of the faucet with the valves on full. Water is fine out of the sprayer. The screen is clean. This has been slow since day one.

When you removed the aerator did you turn the water on full flow WITHOUT the aerator in place? If so, how was the water flow? If not, do this test and let me know if water pressure/volume are good or bad without the aerator in place. Here, your aerator may have a flow restrictor in it that can be removed in most cases... ;)
