My landlord wants me out because the house is on foreclose so that her daughter can move in. She told me to gather my money so that I can move now she wants me out by the 1st ofmarch an I have a disable daughter she wants me to give her a noticed letter saying ill be out. However, your landlord cannot just kick you out. Doesn't matter whether the property is in foreclosure or not. You have to be given legal notice to vacate. Without knowing where you are or more about the situation we can't tell exactly what legal notice is. Generally, assuming your rent is paid, she needs to give you 30 days written notice to vacate.

Do you have a written lease? Did it expire? If the house is being foreclosed on, how long does she expect her daughter to be able to stay? What is the status of the foreclosure?
