I'm looking for a movie that was on Disney channel I believe, probably in the 90s- early 2000s. All I remember is a little girl and I think her dad (?) trying to do something and there was like a witch and they were in this big ballroom and the witch thing like took out all of the bones in the dads body and he was like a wet noodle, and also she made them dance really really fast like they couldn't stop. There was also something to do with mirrors in it and I think maybe the dad turned into like a frog at midnight or something?? Or they had to change back someone before midnight. Please help.
