    EtG and Antabuse
I tested positive for EtG at 16000 and EtS at 7000, despite not drinking! I know I have significant alcohol exposure due to ethanol-based hand sanitizer at the prison where I work as a doctor - because I take Antabuse daily and I get mild disulfiram reaction symtpoms - tachycardic, flushing, some sweating, etc. I know these numbers are far over the usual cut-offs to rule out incidental exposure, but it must be the disulfuram shunting ethanol through the EtG and EtS pathways. Any support for this?

Have an LFT (liver function) STAT. EtG and EtS are separate pathways. There is something more generalized at play. Second, there's Dr. Greg Skipper. Greg is very good at responding personally to this type of inquiry and is accustomed to dealing with physicians in recovery. Google for his email address.
