How do I go about taking my children out of their unfit mothers custody?

Get a lawyer. But you would have to have proof that she's unfit. What makes her unfit?

Like Millec says, get a lawyer. I'd go a step further and say get a very good lawyer because fitness is difficult to prove. If you and your ex wrere on a perfectly balanced playing field the courts will still lean in her direction a bit.
