In my office there are 64 systems. These all systems are in domain. Server is 2008 r2. Main thing is some of the employees are downloading movies and songs some other files. How to block downloading option in domain. I have blocked some websites in DNS. I want to block downloading files. Please help me from this problem.

A simple webfilter would do the trick.

How? By file type? By specific websites?

You can create a LAN password to protect the system used by other users. You may even use firewalls like Sonicwall to protect your network. The firewall password is only known to you i.e. a private key that can be inserted by you to surf the internet. If you are using a wireless router than firewalls are best to use or you may even provide a wireless password to access the network.
