I was sitting alone on the couch after my roommates left. So no one was in the apartment but me. While I was watching TV I felt something breathing in my ear and it moved my hair. This is not the first time it has happened to me though.

Are you sure nobody else was in the apartment with you? If you are definitely sure then it was either your imagination or a ghost.
I've had this happen to me before. It's not paranormal. It's your nerves or something along those lines... then when you get it in your head, your mind makes it worse.
I often feel something touch my back but I know that it is just a nerve or light muscle spasm.
I think what odinn suggested is the most likely scenario. Now that doesn't mean it wasn't a spirit you felt... but that is something we cannot verify... realistically we can only suggest what else it might be.
Not too long ago I felt almost the same thing... and it happened to be in a building that is known for spirit activity. Sometimes it is hard to know the difference.
If different types of manifestations begin to happen, do let us know!
Yeah, a lot of the time it is just your imagination playing tricks on you. If you go somewhere where you know other people have experienced the paranormal, you will be more nervous and mistake small things as signs of the paranormal. In conclusion, don't worry about it and just get on with your life! Only if it keeps happening should you worry!
