My son's probabtion in already in the paper work to be transferred to Tn since that is where he lives and has lived for the last 4 years. I know there is a fee that I am getting ready to pay. This transfer has been known from the Judge for the last 5 months so I am wondering if this will still be a timely matter??

I guess it is in the minutes. So by ADC? I will go pay the 300 fee. Thank you for your response. His release date is March 13th. I am hoping he can get home soon. He has fines to pay and a job there to get back to so he can pay them!
