The light goes on and the blades do not rotate. I do hear a hum coming from the fan motor. I connected the 3 green wores, and the 2 white wires. I connected the black and blue wires coming from the fan to the red wire from the ceiling.

Did you replace an old ceiling light/fan with a new ceiling light/fan?
