    Early release from fed.probation
I was convicted by a jury for perjury.my case is in appeal. I received 3years probation.began in dec.2011,I askedmy P.O officer in Dec.2011 if I could apply for early release, and she told me to submit a statement of you why,and any other important papers i.e. paid fines, achievements etc. and now I've been told to get a lawyer to request to sentenceing jugde.because the superviser doesn't want to bring it to the court a matter of policy.however P.O said she recommend me. What can I do know? Can I use the court appointed lawyer for my appeal?

You can ask the court, for an attorney, but can also file.
Also I am not sure they can refuse to submit it, but the supervisor can write to court that they do ot support it
