I married my wife here about a year and a half ago.she's been refused a visa.
We got married here after I brought her here from iran.but before her visa ran out I lost my job and I couldnt't pay for the fees of her settlement visa until a few months after her fiancée visa had ran out.it took the home office near on a year to answer us and when they did they have refused her visa and have told her to leave.and also they say she has no right of appeal.she has been living with me for nearly 2 years. And has been my wife for 18 months of that.she hasn't got a life in iran.as you can imagine.she sold all her belongings when she came.but the home office reckons her deportation will not effect her personnal life.either here or in iran.her whole life is here and so is her husband.I'm a british citizen and have been in england for 35 years.I work full time and apart from a couple of months when my wife came I have done since I left school in 1988.PLEASE PLEASE HELP.
