For the past 3 weeks I've had these white/red bumps all over the head of my penis and a bit on the shaft.. There not itchy or painful but I'm not sure if its sweat glands or hopefully not warts! Please help?!

We can only help by telling you to see a doctor and have it properly diagnosed, which absolutely cannot be done over the internet.
