Could you be pregnant if you normally have a 28-29 day cycle.. I was due for my period Feb. 18 I started spotting after sexual intercourse Feb.23 light pink den it came a little heavier.. I did.go out and had a drink after I noticed it being a little heavier than at first but by the 25 I stopped bleeding... I still have like a crampy bloating feeling with no blood

Even a regular pattern can be off at times, and also change completely as you age.
You can always be pregnant if you are a fertile woman who has sex.
No set of symptoms prove pregnancy, because they are so similar to menstruation.
You can have spotting or even what looks like a full period and be pregnant.
You can have no bleeding at all and be NOT pregnant.
ONLY a test will tell you for sure.
