My fiancé was arrested for warrants, the charges were for Motion to revoke community supervision. When arrested he also got another charge, possession of controlled substance under a gram. It was basically and old bag with a small amount in it that had been forgotten about. We live in East Texas. Is there any chance of reinstatement? And if not what are the possibilities of a drug rehabilitation.

I too live in Texas, the laws here are very strict.. they will as far as they can legally go for a payout... once someone gets in trouble in this state over a drug charge, it follows you for a very long time.. you get charged for one thing.. you ALSO get charged for the past offense.
