    Can the father of my children sign in parental rights over to his sister?
    Can the father of my children sign his parental rights over to his sister when there isn't a custody motion filed in the court system?

    No. Fathers can't simply sign away rights. Does he pay child support?

    We are still legally married but haven't been living together for 4 months now. No he doesn't pay child support
