My husband and I recenlt received a interstate compact and moved to Alaska. He is currently on parole for 2 more years and was up to date with all classes and fines, but after moving we needed to recoup our expenses. So he did stop paying on his fines. His PO just sent him a letter stating he has a PV and he must come to her office in a week.

He has never had a PV before, completed his classes and so I'm just wondering if someone can give me insight into what might be happening

They can send him back. For the ENTIRE term of his probation... not just what's left... why did you think your bills were more important that your court ordered bills?
