My last period was January 8, 2013 and I am now 21 days late. I had my tubes tied in 2004 and have always had regular periods 28-30 day cycle. I took a HPT 4 days ago and it was negative. I have been extremely nauseas every night for the last week or so. I called my PCP and the receptionist recommended that I wait and retest in a few days and see what happens. What do you recommend?? Could I be pregnant?

While young, it's possible you are entering perimenopause. This can happen for up to 10 years before actual menopause begins.

Did you get any answers? I am 3 weeks late, had a tubal Oct 2012 after my 3rd child. I haven't tested yet. There's really no answer online about this... help!
