    Sleep apenea
    I wake up out of my sleep gasping for air, I look in the mirror and notice my eyes is bloodshot red and bottom eyelids is swollen, but as I walk around, things go back to normal

    Every person is different. If you believe you have sleep apnea it is imperative you seek medical attention as soon as possible.

    Sleep apnea can be deadly if not treated. We cannot diagnose this via the internet. You will need a sleep study for a proper diagnosis.
