Hi, I am suppose to be ovulating, but I only have sticky and a lot of it. I also checked my cervix mucus and its had pinkish blood in it. Im trying to conceive! Can you explain to me what's going on. I also been having mild cramps & back ache off and on. Can I be pregnant already?

U might be call your doctor and see what they say

There is absolutely no set of symptoms that tell you that you are pregnant and not just having menstrual symptoms.
It isn't uncommon to bleed a little mid cycle, so that might explain the pink.

Okay, there is nothing that can be done by the doctor until you miss your period. As far as pregnancy is concerned, most doctors won't take an appointment until you are at least 2 weeks late.
