How long will it take to get my chapter 13 discharge papers? I paid the last payment 12/2012. The trustee dispersed the last amount of money to my creditors 1/15/13. Our mortgage company already filed that our mortgage is current. We just signed our request for discharge 2/20/2013. I can not get my car to pass inspection and really need these papers so I can get a new one. Im in Delaware if that makes any difference.
