    What source code will I use to convert an input decimal value into its fractional val
    Please help me make a source code using Visual Basic or Java that will convert an input decimal value into its fractional value. Any other programming languages will do as long as it will generate the desired output.

    Visual Basic or Java: construct RG ladderized circuit given the total resistance?
    Please help me make a source code using Visual Basic or Java (or any programming languages) that will generate RG ladderized circuit (resistance and conductance in parallel) if the total resistance is inputed.
