    Spud won't drink
Since yesterday he hasn't touched the waterbowl, and I've tried most of the home remedies, like adding broth, and ice cubes. He just won't, we're kind of force feeding water at the moment, I know I need to take him to the vet, but we don't money right now, we'll have money by Friday, I know that's too long. Just please help me, how do I get him to drink? None of us are home 24/7, I leave at 7 am and return at 2 pm on weekdays. It's Sunday morning in SA right now so I only have today to find a remedy? Please help me?

How long has this been going on? Is the other end still functioning?

Getting liquid into him is essential. Try a syringe (no needle) or a turkey baster or even one of those squeeze bulbs for baby noses.

It started yesterday, I noticed he wasn't feeling well and I started checking what could be wrong, like his gums etc. Then when I pinched his coat up, I noticed it wasn't returning to the normal shape ( I understand that's how you check for dehydration ) at first I thought something fell into his water and I changed the water. But he just sniffed and walked away, I left it for a while till he started making noises in his sleep and slept the whole day, then we poured water into his mouth (not down his throat, just into his mouth) and he swallowed it, he just won't drink from a bowl.

Keep pouring! Get that little belly bulging with liquids. If he keeps it down today he should be okay for a couple of hours tomorrow if you fill him up in the morning.
