Just to be clear, let's say his middle name is Boo. Are you saying that your child's middle name is also Boo, and you want it changed? Why? What purpose will that serve?

You didn't list him as the father. All he has to do to obtain his rights is demand a DNA test proving that he's the father. Then he can file for partial, or full, custody, and child support will be established. Changing your child's middle name won't hamper, or help his case.

He was an abusive partner and I placed his second nsme as her middle name. Im in the uk. To this day I am still getting thretening and abusive messages from him. I want to remove it so she has no trace of him in her life if he takes me to court his threat of kidnap violence and his law breaking padt of possession on canabis,assault, theft and my report of domestic abuse should stop him gaining any righta to her.
