I touched something inside my vagina,the outer part of my cervix have 2 pimples.its a little bit bigger.. is it dangerous? Or a cyst?

They use a transvaginal ultrasound to detect abnormalities in reproductive organs. Don't assume what you 'touched' is a problem.
