Hi, I had 2 c-sections , one in Sept 2010 and other in Mar 2012. I lost my first baby during delivery and I was put on clexane 80mg daily with my second pregnancy as I was diagnosed with positive anti cadiolipin IgM and IgG antibodies.

Their values on 31/12/2010 : IgM : 22.5 and IgG : 29.45
after 3 months on31/03/2011 IgM: 4.47 and IgG:15.85

I got conceived in July 2011 and was put on clexane and the delivered a healthy baby in March 2012

My baby is now 11 months old and doing good. We were on male protection but still I am pregnant again now with LMP 23/12/2012

My Questions are:
1. Is it accpetable for my body to have a baby now.
2. Is it compulsory to have clexane again with this pregnancy If I continue.

Please help me on this.
