In the state of Arkansas once the papers are filed I a just wondering how long it takes to be final?:confused:

Can't say specifically for Arkansas, but in PA there is a 90 day waiting period for an uncontested divorce in case one of you changes your mind. It can take up to two years if it's contested, and can take a long time if there is a fight for child custody involved. When I filed an uncontested divorce it was the end of November. The decree arrived in early June the following year.
