I got my belly button piercing done on Monday Feb.18th but its red and is hurting when I touch it, is it infected or not?

Probably not yet. I got mine done years ago but I recall that it took several days to heal and no longer hurt. Are u cleaning it as directed? I would give it a couple more days and if its not better u can go to the dr.

Is it swollen? Is there any pus coming out of it?

Piercings can take a few days to heal, just make sure to clean it properly as instructed. If it becomes swollen, or has pus or a foul odor coming out of it, then it's definitely time to see a doctor.

Yes I've been cleaning as I'm told and I even put peroxide on my belly button.

The redness could indicate an infection. If the red area does not clear up, go to a doctor for antibiotics.
