My question is
I am having a pain in my left upper back , whenever I seat continuously more than 1 hour it pain too much , the pain is since last 2 and half years , I had taken lots of medicine lots of Physiotherapy etc. till not getting any result
I have done MRI of my Left Spine which found
. Degeneration of L4-L5 disc which shows focal bulge in left paracentral region abutting the left traversing nerve roots.
I want a suggestion from your end from an orthopedic doctor how can I get rid of this problem
