My 21 year old daughter stopped taking birth control four months ago. Since then she has been losing hair. Her period has become very light and short. If she starts back on the bcp will this help her hair to grow back and her period to return to normal?

She needs to have a work up done. She needs to have hormones as well as THS, T3 and T4 done to determine what might be happening.
