I've been having moderate cramping the past 2 days. I'm not bleeding, but I do have pressure in the vaginal area. Should I go to the ER?

No. You should be just fine. I had the same thing. They said it was just pressure from the baby moving around and sitting causing you to have pressure, cramping, and discomfort.
