My 2 1/2 year old starting coughing 3 nights ago, threw up a little 2 days ago w/ slight fever and coughing, threw up really bad twice 1 day ago w/ fever of 101.8 last night. Fever broke overnight, but cough has gotten worse today and she hasn't eaten in 2 days, but drinks fluids-but now really worried. Should I take her to the ER tonight?
