I have a single Hot & Cold shower handle... when I turn the knob to all direction, I get no hot water... How do I fix this problem? Thank you

It helps if you can provide a brand and model. Some have ant-scald features while others don't.

Any chance this is a SYMMONS shower handle... just curious?
