I am the V.P. Operations for SCS building Maintenance. I have been in the cleaning business for 23 years, on which I worked for the two well-known largest companies in New England. Being proud to be part of these two great companies, 8 months ago, I decided to move to SCS Building Maintenance. A small Company with less than 100 employees and minority owned. Sound crazy? Why do I leave?

I realized that when you work for a large company the cleaning is limited, either because the cleaners are not properly trained or the company wants to get more money by charging their clients for the most insignificant “labor cost” and actually is all about productivity and techniques that the cleaners are not familiar with.

You want short snappy sentences, and a brochure or letter that is truly quick reading, like the minute you say in the first sentence.

Add some cartoon or even photo graphics/images for interest. Vary the print, like wrap-around or centering hard-hitting points such as the bulletted section.

I don't understand the last sentence. How does a company provide a certain amount of square feet of service? Do you currently have a clientele with that many feet? Or you can cover that many? I'd reword that.

I would add a sentence somewhere in the first third about liability insurance and bonding of employees.

Is the total for different locations.
