I just got off probation for possession of drugs and recently got caught with 20$ worth of weed the officer wrote down my information and brought me back home can the court be wating until I turn 18 which is in a couple of days. This offense was done when I was 17

It's the age at the time of arrest, not the age at the time you are charged that counts.
