Last night I've eaten a mielie and half way through I suddenly felt a very strong pain in my bottem front tooth. What could have cause it? Is it possible that the mielie could have cut through the gum in to the nerve. It feel like someone is knoking on my tooth. Its like 2 to 3 knocks pain and then its away and then is starts again.
