Please help... for over a week I have been having pain in my side that kind of moves around toward the front of my chest when I cough, also pain in back shoulder area when I take a deep breath, the last few nights Ive also had pain when Im laying in bed and try to move from my back to side, that pain is in my side are I haven't been sick or have hurt myself, is this serious? Should I go to the E.R? I have no ins. And no family Dr. Thank you for your time
