Does an Affidavit of Affixture make a mobil/manufactured home considered "tied down"? We want a reverse mortgage and they want to know if the manufactured/mobile home (triple wide) is tied down.

However, if you read the answers in that other thread, you should have had your answer. An Affidavit of Affixture indicated the mobile home is permanently tied to the land. So the answer would be yes.
