Were you taking the test first thing after you wake up in the morning the first time you pee or some other time?

The opposite happened to me I had my period the whole time and then found out I was pregnant at 17 weeks I would go to the doctor and get a real pregnancy test to be on the safe side

I agree that you should seek a blood test for accurate results. It's possible that your contraception is causing your period to be delayed but of course we can't say that positively online.
