    Heavy bleeding
Had a baby two months ago had sex yesterday and noticed a little blood in my pantys about twenty minutes aftwards then about two hours later I started bleeding heavily and have been bleeding heavily for about twenty hours filling up my pads changing them at least every sixty minutes is there a chance this could be a serious medical emergency because I have never bled this much and it is not like any period I have had ever had should I be worried?

Why haven't you gone to a doctor yet?

Any time you have bleeding that fills more than one pad in an hour, you should go directly to the hospital. This could be hemorrhaging.

There's no way for anyone online to diagnose. You really need to see a doctor about this.

I started bleeding too not as heavy but it lasted for five weeks... Eventually I insisted on a scan and it turned out that a piece of placenta had been left inside despite having had a c section so I had to have a DNC to clean out the uterus. This fixed everything... As those above said get yourself to an ER and don't take no for an answer... You could be haemorrhaging and that's very dangerous.. Also if there is placental left behind then you could get an infection and get peritonitis which can be deadly... So do not delay and get yourself fixed up.

Congratulations on your baby and good luck x
